Riverkeeper Learning Series Kick-off! Together we’ll hike the 2.3 mile out-&-back trail (~4.5 miles total) to the 100’ Catawba Falls.
Participants will meet CRF staff at the trailhead parking lot at 1:30p to head out on the trail. We’ll stop along the way to talk about points of interest, cross a couple creeks, and end at the falls to talk about the headwaters of the Catawba and take some pictures. The trail is rated as moderate and is a natural surface with some creek crossings involved.
