Take in the world's largest colony of Rocky Shoals Spider Lilies, right here on the Catawba River.
On May 29 or June 12, bring your own boat and join Catawba Riverkeeper guides through the lilies. Our guides will teach you about the history and ecology of the area.
Or, on Saturday, June 5th, take a hike with Southern Basin Director, Haley Tedder to celebrate National Trails Day. Haley will lead you down the Nature Trail to the Spider Lily Overlook (about 1.5 miles).
