Paddle with Catawba Riverkeeper Thursday evenings this summer!
The Summer Paddle Series is back!
We hope you’ll join us on Thursday evenings this summer for small-group paddles in different parts of our river basin.
Each paddle is designed for beginners. Catawba Riverkeeper will provide kayaks, PFDs, and paddles to those who need gear.
Schedule and Locations:
- June 4 – Lake Wylie – Tailrace Marina
- June 18 – Mountain Island Lake – Neck Road Access- No Bathroom!
- July 2 – Catawba River/ Mt. Island Lake – Lucia Access Area- No Bathroom!
- July 16 – South Fork River – Town of Cramerton Goat Island Park
- July 30 – Lake Wylie – Copperhead Island Boat Launch
All paddles begin at 6:30 PM and end by 8 PM. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
$10 for members, $25 for non-members
